- Silverlight can provide an amazing user experience, for Microsoft developers this has a medium up front costs and lower long term cost for this high level of user experience - Cons - not supported by mobile.
- Jquery - expensive to maintain, and more difficult to debug (although SL has an async learning curve), also does not support multi-developer projects as well. Good to great user experience
- Traditional web forms - low up front cost / time, medium to\ low long term cost low to medium user experience - mobile yes to some degree, but bad user experience
- Native mobile apps. Doesn’t replace the need for a web based admin tool as well. Provides the ultimate user experience. Cons – Additional development for a smaller market share.
